Gut renovation and enlargement of a brick-and-frame townhouse, more than 100 years old, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The project included complete renovation of the existing cellar, first and second floors, roof attic, and an extension was constructed towards the back yard. The existing building received new overall structural reinforcement, and the old electric, plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems were replaced with modern systems. A roof dormer was added to allow access to a new roof deck.
